It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas

It's so nice to be able to walk outside at night and see all of the new Christmas decorations that have been put up. All of the lights and the shop windows made to look like winter wonderlands always bring about cheerful, happy memories. I can only imagine what the holiday trimmings back home look like. Can't wait! :)

I know I say this quite a bit, but I can't believe how quickly my time in Spain has passed! It is already December and in just a little over three weeks, I'll be boarding a plane home. At the moment, it is bittersweet. I know I'll definitely miss it here, but I also want to be with my family and friends once again. :sigh: If only it were cheaper (or free!) to fly from the U.S. to Europe. I know that this definitely will not be my last time here, but I also look forward to seeing many other parts of the world. We'll see what the future holds :)
